スタートアップの投資家選別の潮目が変わったか / Has selections of investors by startups been changed recently?

Recently I hear frequently startup saying “next round will be only for strategic investors”

In US, the venture industry deployed over $130B in US-based companies two years in a row. Some says the capital is to much in the market and others say it is going to level out in near future.

Not startups seem to prefer strategic investors such as CVCs as institutional VCs are demanding in many aspects, and all in all, money is money.

I haven’t seen such a opinion in web media, but sooner or later you will see in TechCrunch etc. Then you can refer to this blog post as a visionary foresight maker.
