AgentGPTさん、ChatGPTやGPT-4が浸透したら、コンサル業もなくなっちゃうかな？
やった！仕事がすぐ終わった！！ それで、仕事がなくなった(T_T)

前回、非機能要件定義をChatGPTがバッチリこなす姿を見届けて、SI業は影響を受けるだろうな、、と感じ、次に、「ChatGPTやGPT-4が一般企業に浸透したらコンサル業もなくなっちゃう？」ということを思いました。

ただ、コンサル業というのは私もフリーランスとして受けたりしますが、なかなか高度なお仕事なので、色々な角度で検討しなければいけません。

そう、もうお分かりと思いますが、「色々な角度で検討」する場合は自分の頭でやると疲れちゃうし、網羅的に、客観的に中々出来ないし、「思考の壁打ち」が何遍も必要だし、ChatGPTにやらせたらいいのですｗ

ただ、人間はChatGPTでコピペしたり、ボタンを何回も押したりすることすら面倒くさくなってきているのでｗ、AgentGPTに5分ほど考えてもらいましたー

結果として、

  • 結論を出してもらうようなタスクではないし、システムとしてもその手のものでもないが、「思考の壁打ち」を行ったり、その確認をしたり、論点をチェックしていく（抜け漏れがないか）には非常に良いシステム。
  • パフォーマンスもまぁまぁ速い。
  • 日本語でも聞ける。
  • 英語で回答してくるが、設定（ Settings）の部分を日本語に変更すれば日本語で回答してくれる。（日本語で出力して、とお願いする必要もなし）
  • （下記は設定が英語でしたので、英語の回答となっています。その場合、「日本語で出力して」とお願いしても英語になっちゃいます）
  • 注意点として、自分のOpenAI API Keyを設定しないと、「お金がかかりすぎるので、これ以上ムリポ、自分のを使ってよ」とメッセージが表示されてしまうこと。OpenAIが少額ながらトークン利用に課金してくるので（OpenAIも大赤字なので仕方がないところ）、これは個人的には”fair enough”と感じており、下記は自分のキーを使ったものです。

という感じでした。

また、圧倒的にAutoGPTよりセットアップが楽だし、UIもウェブブラウザーでAgentGPTの方が優れている。

そして、元々のお題である「コンサルティング業をディスラプト出来るか」については、これだけじゃアイデアを理論的にどんどんアウトプットするだけなので無理ですねｗ

ただ、「新しい観点を提示して、お客様の経営に真の価値を生む」というのがコンサルの真の価値で、業界調査をしてパワポ、エクセル、ワードにまとめる部分は、OpenAI API含めてありものを組み合わせてほとんどの部分をソフトウェアがやってしまうようになるので、

ジュニアコンサル／プリンシパルレベルはディスラプトされる、そして全体的にその手の資料作成、ドキュメンテーションはディスラプトされるとなると、

（まぁまぁ）新しい観点をにつき、自分で何が価値があるかをピックアップ出来れば、もしくはお客に便利にそれをピックアップさせる仕組みが出来れば、（最後資料をまとめるところは自動化されるので）AIが基本的なレベルでのコンサル業をやってのける、

ということになるかもな、とAgentGPTと数時間向き合って感じました。

Embarking on a new goal:
コンサルティングって外からは「カッコいい」「お金持ち」「賢い」って思われているし、実際に今は世の中のDX化の波を受けてすごく好景気だし、コンサルタント不足だったりもします。 ただ、内情見ると、すごくマニュアル作業、単純作業は多いし、社内のナレッジマネジメント化もちゃんとは進んでいないし、本当に能力を持っている人は一部だし、テクノロジーをしっかり使いこなせているいわゆる「DX人材」は少なくて、例えばChatGPTなんかですら使いこなせていなかったりする。 そこで2022年の終わりからGPT-3、ChatGPTが導入されて、自治体ですら使い始めているし、日本企業の実に51％もが「現在導入を検討している」という状況で、一般的な回答の精度の高さ、まとめ能力の高さを見ると、コンサルティング業がディスラプトされる日も遠くないかもしれない。 なので、コンサルティングファームが、自らをディスラプトして、ChatGPTなどのテクノロジーを使ってお客さんが真の意味で安く、速く、DXや経営改革を進めていく方法論を考えて下さい。 よろしくね！
